Solar Panel

Solar panels are devices that convert sunlight into electricity. They contain semiconductor cells, typically made of silicon, which generate electric current when exposed to sunlight. This clean and renewable energy source reduces greenhouse gas emissions and lowers electricity bills, making it a sustainable choice for homes and businesses.

Mono Crystalline Panel

A monocrystalline PV panel is a premium energy-producing panel consisting of smaller monocrystalline solar cells (60 to 72 cells).Their superior aesthetics and efficiency make them the preferred choice for intelligent solar thinkers investing in the long term. These solar cells appear smooth, and each silicon ingot is sliced into thin wafer formats to fit into the panel perfectly. Monocrystalline solar cells’ average efficiency is always higher (range 15-25 %), resulting in a solar panel efficiency of 22%. Lifespan of these cells is around 25 to 30 years and, as well as for all photovoltaic cells, the output degrades somewhat over the years. Color Monocrystalline solar panels is black & cells made of single silicon crystals melted together. These panels are most efficient as compared to Polycrystalline Panel, but are more Costly as compared to Poly Panels.

Poly Crystalline Panel

Polycrystalline solar cells efficiency is always resulting in a solar panel efficiency of 13-16%.
Polycrystalline solar panels have blue-colored cells made of multiple silicon crystals melted together. These panels are often a bit less efficient, but are more affordable. Polycrystalline solar panels generally have lower efficiencies than monocrystalline cell options because there are many more crystals in each cell have freedom for the electrons to move. Due to the easier manufacturer process, these panels have a lower price and point on average cost. In addition, polycrystalline solar panels tend to have a blue color because of multiple silicon cells, instead of the black hue of monocrystalline solar panels.
Available stocks of POLY ADANI SOLAR in 325-340 WP ranges.

Mono Perc Solar Module

MONO PERC technology has, 60 cell module power output: 295 – 315 Wp | 72 cell module power output: 365 – 390 Wp | Modules with low temperature coefficient, high filling factor, excellent dim light irradiance performance | 10% higher power output as compared to average poly-crystalline module | Higher performance at longer wavelengths of light.
Higher Efficiency:
365WP Modules with 7% higher energy output than Industry Average of 325Wp Polycrystalline module.
Higher Energy:
Higher specific Energy Yield (Kwh/Kwp) due to superior cell and module engineering leading to Lower LCOE. Best suited for Utility Scale Power Plants.
Fully Automated:
Manufactured on 100% automated line; using state-of-the-art module manufacturing technology.

Half Cut Solar Panel / Half Cell Solar Panel

Traditional in solar panel have 60- and 72-cell panels but in half cut solar module have 120 and 144 half-cut cells, respectively. When solar cells are halved, their current is also halved, so resistive losses are lowered and the cells can produce a little more power. Smaller cells reduced mechanical stresses, so there is a decreased opportunity for cracking & losses. Half-cell modules have higher output ratings and are more reliable than traditional panels.
Thus half-cut cells divides the internal current in the system and ameliorate its performance, longevity and shade tolerance. And the results becomes – power loss is proportional to current, half-cut solar panels reduce the power loss by a factor of 4 which increases the power output.
